What We Collect

We collect account or guest-session identifiers, uploaded pet images, artwork and mockup assets, order and shipping details, and payment events needed to operate Just A Pup Portrait.

How We Use Data

We use personal data to generate artwork, process checkout and fulfillment, provide customer support, investigate fraud and abuse, and maintain platform reliability and security.

Storage and Retention

Data retention follows the platform lifecycle policy currently defined in the project source-of-truth:

• Original uploads retained for 30 days.
• Processed and order-linked assets retained for 365 days.
• Credit packs expire after 90 days.

Third-Party Processors

We use Stripe for payments, Printful for order fulfillment, and Supabase for data and authentication infrastructure. These providers process only the data required for their service scope.
